When a sensor detects a trouble condition, the panel sends a signal to P&R's monitoring station through a landline or cellular connection. A dispatcher then responds to the signal by calling you to verify the alarm. In case of an emergency, operator dispatches law enforcement authorities for help.

Phone Line Monitoring

Your alarm system is connected to P&R's central monitoring station via a landline. When the alarm is triggered, it uses your phone line to send a signal to our monitoring station. The cost of monitoring is less than a $1 a day!

Cellular Monitoring

The communicator can be added to your system at any time in less than an hour. Our wireless monitoring option cuts the cost of maintaining a landline which can lead to substantial annual savings. You won’t have to worry about damaged, downed or cut lines. In addition, cellular monitoring allows you control your alarm system from an app on your smartphone.
